Farewell and goodbye 2008.
Flashing back memories of the past year, I realize it was actually a great year for me.
I'm ready to bring those happy moments along with me and embark on a new journey this new year, 2009. Will it be that great, fun, full of drama? I guess
I'm about to find out. But one things for sure, it will definitely be different.
I'm finally ready to leave the past where it belong, where it should have been all along. Whats the point of clinging on to something which will only lead to
despair and
disappointment? Whats the point of caring about friends who suddenly
disappeared from your life and are no more than strangers to u? Blood is definitely thicker than water. But I do have friends I adore and love ( in a friendly way, before anyone jumps to the wrong conclusion ), and
that's enough for me. Besides, whats the point of having friends who
ain't erm TRUE? Pointless I would say. As i said, its a new year now, which also means new resolutions and experiences. Its a year to work hard ( less partying definitely), meet new people, play new games, participate in new activities and also to strengthen the bond with family and friends. =)
Okay, enough said about that. I shall start rambling about my New Year's Eve celebration. It started out early, me and mom went to Gurney to do some shopping. I end up getting a new wallet which was like RM85.40 -.-. Thank god for the vouchers, I ended up paying RM35.40 for it. =) Next bought mascara and a product called Dr. Feel Good from Benefit. Mom on the other hand bought 600 plus worth of skin care. @@. Crazy
isn't it. She went into the shop without the intention of buying anything, in fact she was just accompanying me to buy my stuff, but.............
After shopping, had to rush back home to change and get ready for the night. Had
BBQ and steamboat with Christ and her cousins. Then off we headed for
UPR. As i expected, the crowd was horrible, pack like sardines. People were literally pushing each other in
Mois. Met up with more friends there. It was nice seeing them though. Which made the whole situation much better. But it still
wasn't as much fun compared to the other night. I guess clubbing twice just 3 days apart
isn't the best idea. Definitely had enough of clubbing, so i shall stick with my 5 months plan from now on.
Pictures will be up soon if i can get my hand on those. So enjoy these first: (
btw, this are pics from the last clubbing trip )
