The King Of Pop

Michael Jackson

The tragic news which stunt millions of people all over the world - Michael Jackson's death.

Michael Jackson also known as "The King Of Pop" has definitely left a legacy.
His music was revolutionary, his dance movements' were unconventional.
Though the way he lived his life was full of controversy, but no one can doubt his talent.
His definitely unique, one of a kind.
Without him, there will be no "Moonwalk". Without him, there will be no "Thriller".
May he rest in peace and spread his magic in the holy land.

ME! It's all about ME ME ME!.

I've been in "NERD MODE' for awhile. Midterms are killing me. But then again, it's been like that every single semester. Test, quiz, assignments every single week. Kinda getting the hang of it already. =S

Plus, it's been AGES since I last cam-whored. So, I present to you, ME! =D

Soon. I'll dye my whole head dark brown-black. The roots are already showing. =S
I might look like a ghost, vampire, pale, deadly, but who cares. I "siok"! =D

Was trying out the "pout". And I know, I know. Sadly, I fail miserably at it.
But again, who cares. I "siok"! =D

I'm still the same, besides losing weight. Seriously, the food here sucks so badly that it suppresses my appetite. Trying to gain back, I refused to be "commented" on being anorexic, too thin, bla bla bla. -.- On second thoughts, I don't care anymore. I've changed. No longer care what others say or think about me. Dress as I please ( people say I'm sloppy). That's my 'style' now. So bear with it. =D
To top it all of, I'm happier this way! I've learned that I can't please everyone.
The funny part is, I've actually became a nerd! And I love being one. XD
Seriously. People, you should try it. It's something different. But of course, don't go overboard. Movies, shopping etc must be included.
Self-found motivation. I wonder how long it will last though. =P

Okay, I shall stop BS-ing about myself. Here are some really memorable pictures:

Miss them a lot. It's been awhile since we last met up. =S
( Cindy, Chia Chyn )

Crazy moments during Ranger's camp. =D
Notice everyone is covered in flour & "insane".

Those were the times. ...rushing for performances. Hectic, but a hell load of fun. =D

It's time to establish new norms, new rules.
Why should society define who we ought to be? How we ought to act?
It's our choice, our freedom. =D

Recent events

Emily was all about winning the 10K.
All one have to do is read out a joke from the joke book. But to be honest, all the jokes were sort of lame. =S
Anyhow, we still supported them!! And I was nearly dragged into it. Thank god, was in time to escape. =D

Invisible

Let me start off with some happy events.

First of all, music presentation is finally over!
After sleepless nights, and hours spent preparing for this day, in just 30 minutes, poof, finish. =D
Got some constructive critism (which I accpeted because I still have much to learn - mind you, I discarded half of it the moment the following event happened), and all was well. Untill................................

Okay, here comes the "not-so-happy" part. Till now, she still don't have a clue who am I nor what my name is. Even after the whole presentation, she had to ask, "and What was the girl's name?". Major WTF! Honestly, i felt insulted. It's like I'm invisible. Come on, there's only 1 group presenting, and only 2 presenters. How hard is it to store my "unimportant" name in your short term memory. Notice the word , "SHORT-TERM MEMORY". I don't think that's too much to ask right? -.-
How would one feel after spending hours and hours preparing the slides, practicing the melody, but to be forgotten instantly. PISS.
And I'm sure you had both our names on the paper while you were evaluating us, but I was merely invisible. Maybe I screwed up, but to hell with it. As a lecturer, the lease you could do is address a student properly. When you freaking ask me " What's that girl's name?", I nearly walk out of the room. But being me, i despise being rude and disrespectful. So, i of course, I stayed.

To top it all of, the whole time I was presenting, she didn't even look at me. Instead, she smiled to the guy who was singing with me.

That's not the end of the story, later, she called "Lim Suleen". Anyone knows "Lim Suleen". WTF. I just told you my name like what 5 minutes ago, and now, boom, I'm unknown again. Why don't you just adress me as anonymous. It'll make all our lives easier. Oh, but wait. The funny part was when, i raise my hand. You look at me like I was a complete random stranger. Another WTF moment for me. I had to say, "I'm HERE". -.- What? Not only is my name unknown to you, even my face. I was totally speechless then.

I normally accept advise and constructive criticism from lecturers, because they know what's best. And there's a few whom I especially look up too. But you, it's a different story. How am I supposed to learn or receive advise from someone whom I've already lost faith in.

There's 3 things I discovered today:

1. I can't sing. I'm proud to be a Camerata though.
2. I suck in presentation. (And i thought it went well)
3. I do not make an impression on people.

Someday, someday...

Gossip girl , Chuck

Gossip Girl Season 2 & Chuck Season 2 has finally come to an end. The finale for gg was amazing!
It's definitely the best episode out of the whole season. Unlike season 1 finale which was full up breakups. In season 2, everyone parted on good terms and a new couple emerged. =)

The battle to Blair's heart is finally over.

Chuck & Blair are finally together!

"I love you too" =)

Can't wait for season 3! I bet it's gonna be great and full of scandals. After all, it's called Gossip Girl.

Chuck is once again the intersect, but with extra "powers". He knows "Kung Fu" !
Sadly, Sarah and Chuck are still NOT together. sigh.
